About me

Hi, I’m Sally.

I am a fully qualified, experienced counsellor based in central Exeter, and I work from an empowering and supportive perspective. I love what I do and am passionate about helping my clients lead the lives that they choose.

In addition to my private practice, I also provide services to 2 local charities, offering affordable counselling for adults in Devon.

In the past I have worked as a qualified solicitor and early years professional. These experiences greatly enriched my life and have helped me to understand the deep importance of having our unique experiences nurtured and understood.

Training and Professional Membership

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and am a Accredited Registrant (no. NCS22-00295) of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). This means I adhere to their ethical standards and abide by policies regarding confidentiality, supervision and continuing professional development.

I hold full professional and public indemnity insurance and am registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), keeping your data safe.

I am committed to working continuously to expand and deepen my professional experience and understanding. I regularly undertake additional specialist training, covering areas such as domestic abuse, trauma and depression.
